Proof: your first digital proof is included. Production starts once you approve it.
Turnaround: typically 10–14 days.
Your logo file: if it's blurry or can't be traced cleanly (common with AI-generated or low-resolution files), we may need to rework it first. We'll quote that case by case before doing any work.
Getting your order: choose free scheduled pickup in Powhatan or shipping. Local delivery is also available.
