Terms of Service – Superior Swag Company

By placing an order with Superior Swag Company, you agree to the following terms.
Custom Orders
All products are custom-made. Orders are produced based on approved designs, mockups, or artwork provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production begins.
Once approved, orders cannot be changed.
Payments
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not move into production until payment is received.
Turnaround Time
Production times vary by order size and product type. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout or during order confirmation. Delays may occur due to production or shipping factors outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error caused by our production team.
Any issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, spelling, sizing, and design approvals are correct before production. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the rights to use any logos or artwork submitted. Superior Swag Company is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-provided designs.
Shipping
We are not responsible for carrier delays once orders have shipped. Delivery times are estimates only.
