At Superior Swag, every item is made just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final — we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Double-check your order details, like size, color, and any custom designs, before confirming.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, don’t worry! Snap a photo and email us within 7 days at superiorswagcompany@gmail.com. If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Bulk or logo-branded merchandise
